Initializes a new instance of the CodedArgumentException class with a specified HRESULT value and an error message.

hresult: Type: SystemInt32
The HRESULT that describes the error.
message: Type: SystemString
The error message that explains the reason for the exception.

Remarks

This constructor initializes the Message property of the new instance using message.
