Loads a list of assembly debug mode settings from the specified stream containing XML data, and adds them to the cache.

The cache to add the settings to.
stream: Type: System.IOStream
A stream containing XML-formatted data representing debug mode settings.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type AssemblyDebugModeCache. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
